InnCommand is operated by David Jones. It helps your company coordinate room service, housekeeping, and maintenance.
What the app stores
Your name, email address, securely hashed password, company membership, staff role, shift status, room names, dated housekeeping plans, notes, maintenance tasks, and activity records are stored on our server. When you enable push notifications, we also store the device’s push token. Apple subscription identifiers and company subscription status are stored when purchasing is enabled. We do not receive your full payment card information.
Who can see it
Your company’s staff can see shared room plans, notes, maintenance tasks, staff names and roles, shift status, and activity. Owners administer rooms and team membership. Each company’s app records are separated from other companies. Avoid putting unnecessary guest personal information or sensitive details in room notes.
How information is used
Information supports account access, company coordination, subscriptions, notifications, security, and troubleshooting. We do not sell personal information or include advertising trackers. The app does not collect location or track you in the background. The website may request fonts from Google Fonts, which receives ordinary web request information.
Service providers and notifications
The backend runs on Amazon Web Services. Apple processes App Store purchases and delivers push notifications when configured. Push notifications may be visible on your lock screen and describe room completion or guest departure. Turn them off in iOS Settings or end your shift to stop shift alerts.
Retention and deletion
Company records remain while the company account is active. You can delete your account in Team. Deleting a staff account removes its access and device registrations; shared room records, including author names, remain with the company. An owner’s account deletion deletes the company and its app records. Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple subscription; cancel it in Apple account settings. Routine hosting logs may remain for security and operations.
