Set up your company

Choose Create company, enter your name, email, password, property name, and the property’s timezone. The 45-day company trial begins when you create the account. In Team, add room numbers or names separated by commas or new lines.

Invite staff

In Team, enter a teammate’s name and choose Front desk, Housekeeping, or Maintenance. Create a code, then use Share invitation to choose how to send it. The teammate selects Join team and creates their own account using the code. Each code works once and expires after seven days.

Plan room work

Front desk and the owner can select a date in Rooms or Calendar and set a room to Checkout or Makeup. A checkout means the guest is expected to leave; it does not mean the guest has departed. A makeup is service for an occupied room, where guest permission still applies.

Confirm departure and clean

When the guest has actually left, front desk or housekeeping can confirm Guest has departed. Housekeeping starts cleaning, then marks it complete. Front desk can optionally mark it inspected. The owner or front desk can reopen cleaning or correct departure if needed. Progress is updated on the property’s current day; future dates are for planning.

Notes and maintenance

Open a room to add dated guest requests and notes. Any staff member can report a maintenance task. Maintenance, front desk, and the owner can update tasks as open, in progress, or done. Maintenance tasks remain visible across dates until completed.

Shifts and notifications

Start your shift in Rooms or Team, and enable notifications when prompted. Shifts expire after 16 hours. When Apple push delivery is configured, on-shift staff receive an alert when a guest is marked departed or housekeeping completes a room. The foreground board refreshes every 20 seconds and also supports pull to refresh. An internet connection is required to save changes.

Plans and account help

After 45 free days, monthly company plans are $10 for up to 5 rooms, $20 for up to 25 rooms, $30 for up to 50 rooms, or $50 for unlimited rooms (USD). Subscription purchasing is not yet enabled while the iOS app is in development. The owner manages the subscription in Team. Use Delete account in Team to delete your account; cancel Apple subscriptions separately.

Use the InnCommand support contact form and mention InnCommand. Include your device model, iOS version, and a description of the problem. Never send a password or sensitive guest details.
