Quick help

Invitations: Your company owner creates a name-only invite in Company and shares the code through their own messaging or email app.

Drives: Enter the date driven, start, destination, business miles, client or project, and purpose. A location tag is optional and does not record a route.

Billing: Organizations receive 45 days free, with no automatic charge. Afterward the owner chooses a monthly Apple subscription. Invited employees are covered by the organization. Manage or cancel an Apple subscription.

Delete an account: Open Company → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and does not cancel Apple billing. An owner’s company deletion removes the company and its team records; employees can delete their own account and mileage.
