Your town stays yours.

Water Company Tycoon can be played offline without an account. This version does not send gameplay data to a developer-operated server or include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

Local game progress

Your city, game settings and progress are saved on your device. Removing the app removes its local progress. The game does not provide cloud synchronization.

Optional Game Center

If you choose to use Game Center, your scores for customer count and daily revenue are submitted to Apple and associated with your Game Center profile. Leaderboard scores may be visible to other players. Automatic score posting is optional. Game Center identifiers and posting preferences are stored locally to support this feature. Apple handles Game Center under its Game Center privacy policy. You can play without using Game Center.

Support and this website

If you send a support request, we use the email address and message you provide to respond. The website may log ordinary request information, such as IP addresses and timestamps, for operation and abuse prevention. Support requests are not linked to your local game progress.

Contact support using our private contact form. Please include “Water Company Tycoon”, your device model, app version, and a description of what happened. Do not include passwords or payment details.

Apple manages beta invitations, diagnostics and feedback under its applicable privacy practices.

This policy describes version 1.0. We will update it if the app’s data practices change.
